Vanity Emails - Terms of Service
- Worldrecords.com will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of your private communications with third parties unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on Worldrecords.com; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Worldrecords.com; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our customers or the public.
- You acknowledge and agree that Worldrecords.com neither endorses the contents of any of your communications nor assumes responsibility for such content, including but not limited to any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, or any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising therefrom or any crime facilitated thereby. You acknowledge and agree that certain technical processing of email messages and their content may be required to: (a) send and receive messages; (b) conform to connecting networks technical requirements; (c) conform to the limitations of the email service; or (d) conform to other similar requirements.
- Customer Conduct.You agree to be bound by the applicable provisions of the following Worldrecords.com Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated herein and made part of this Agreement by reference, in connection with your use of the services described in this Schedule.
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations regarding use of all services delivered by Worldrecords.com. The following are prohibited uses of our services:
Transmission, distribution, uploading, posting or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, material kept in violation of state laws or industry regulations such as social security numbers or credit card numbers, and material that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, constitutes an illegal threat, violates export control laws, hate propaganda, fraudulent material or fraudulent activity, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. You may not transmit, distribute, or store material that contains a virus, "Trojan Horse," adware or spyware, corrupted data, or any software or information to promote or utilize software or any of Worldrecords.com services to deliver unsolicited e-mail. You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
- You understand that Worldrecords.com reserves the right to delete (remove) your email address at any time without refund if we feel you have violated any of the above provisions.
